Returns & Refunds
You must have return authorization to return an item. You may return most new unused, unaltered and unmounted items (except electrical parts) in the original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The original shipping cost paid to send the order will not be refunded. Any shipping and handling fees related to returned merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, excluding installed parts) in which case we will pay the shipping fees.
The time to receive a refund varies depending on the payment method. For examples, banks and credit card companies can take 2-10 days. We process returns within 1 to 3 business days of receiving it,
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
