Set of 4 black 39mm velocity stacks for Honda CB500, CB550 & CB750. Check the fitment list below for details. Lightweight aluminum construction just like the original velocity stacks on vintage race bikes from the 60's. Has a concealed micro mesh screen filter backed with a larger mesh to keep it in place at the base of the velocity stack. Will not hit the frame on CB500, CB550 & CB750. All other models check dimensions before purchase.

Includes 4 velocity stacks with mounting clamps. Clamps are painted back and tend to chip. Can be touched up easily with spray paint if necessary.

NOTE: Velocity stacks let more air into the carburetors. You will need to install larger jets and or make other adjustments to the carburetors.

NOTE: Be sure to measure your carburetor prior to purchase. Also measure how much room you have between the carburetor and the frame or any side covers. Use the dimensions below to see if these will work on your bike. Just because the filters fit the carbs doesn't mean they'll fit in the bike without some obstruction.

NOTE: Velocity stacks are not CNC aluminum. They are stamped aluminum.

39mm ID where it mounts to the carburetors

    Fit perfectly 75 CB550F Supersport

They fit with some wiggling around the frame. Very thin metal and the mesh can be easily removed to clean. They seem to fit and the clamps keep them on. So these will work and do fit. All though they are a bit more than i would like in the way of cost because its thin metal and i easily scratched the black paint getting them on. Perhaps a slightly thicker gauge to make them more sturdy would be nice. Maybe 1 cm shorter so they don't push right up on the frame. Just some notes. Otherwise they fit fine and seem to get the job done. Having a hard time getting my carb adjusted but for a full open. I have 110 mains and 40 pilots and needles set on the 3rd notch down. Had problems with this bike for a while though so not the stacks fault. Just be aware, dont throw away the factory box and expect to tune your bike if this is your first time running stacks.
