Reproduction Honda fuel valve / petcock for the CB550 from 1975-1976. The original part has been discontinued by Honda, so pick up a brand new reproduction! It has a pre-filter attached to prevent sediment from entering the carburetors. Thread it onto the tank and you're ready to ride! The filter attached to this petcock fits perfectly into a stock gas tank.

If there is any lining such as Kreem or other coatings on the tank outlet, it may prevent the filter from fitting through.

Threading 20mm x 1.5mm
O.D. of Filter: 14mm
ON / OFF / RES positions

Dual ribbed fuel outlets for use with 1/4" fuel, 5.3mm or 5.5mm line.

Replaces Honda OEM part number: 16950-374-671

Fits Honda:

CB550F Super Sport - 1975-1976
CB550K - 1975-1976

may fit other years, makes and models with matching threads....

Been building a 1976 Honda CB550, petcock recently started leaking so I ordered one from 4into1. Showed up at the door super fast, fit perfectly, worked perfectly and now I’m back on the road! Highly recommend!

Worked for a couple weeks, now on the off position it slowly and steadily leaks causing my carbs to constantly leak out of the overflow nipples.

Replaced my stock petcock on my 1976 CB550F. Fitment was identical to the original petcock which I appreciated. However, after filling the tank with the switch in the off position and fuel line disconnected, fuel drips out at a steady rate.

I completely replace my 550 tap with this new one from 4-1 other rebuild kits leaked & were a waste of money & fuel going everywhere . This new tap has no leaks & works well : good price fast delivery to south Australia : I payed $80 for a rebuild kit plus Frieght & that one Leaked strait away nothing would fix it this cost me $25 &$20 delivery I’m happy with it so far , great fit & not leaked a drop . Time will tell if it will go the distance with plenty of use .

Cheap plastic piece on the inside that rotates to allow or stop fuel flow broke on the very first rotation. I ended up using the body, and replacing the cheap plastic with the one on the original petcock.
