Replica black plastic headlight shell / bucket for Honda's CB360 and CB400F. If your current shell is cracked or missing a chunk and it's letting water drip all over you're wiring harness, that's a bad thing! These are easily damaged when people don't remove the headlight properly. Just observe the molded piece on the top of the shell and fit the headlight retainer into it.
There is a 10.5mm pre cut hole on the top of the shell, you can use it to install a switch or just plug it up. Many people like being able to turn off the headlight during the day, especially if your charging system isn't quite up to charging the battery with the lights on.
Does not come with the plug for the small hole, the rubber gasket for the wiring harness hole, headlight, or any hardware.

Needs massaging
The tolerances of this bucket are not quite right. While it "fit", everything needed some minor adjustment to actually connect on my 74 CL360. I had to touch up mounting holes with a step bit, and the areas where the grounding/mounting nuts rest were too tight so I could not get the bolts to align and install without breaking out the dremmel. It became a bit of a headache, but I suppose this is to be expected with a universal reproduction item. That said, the paint job is very fragile and easily scrapes while you are futzing and cursing. While its loads better than my old chipped bucket, I'm dissapointed I scraped it up so much fighting with it.

Perfect Fit
This replica was a perfect fit for my Honda CB400F. It replaced one that had cracked previously. My only complaint is that it is for multiple bikes, and as such, has an additional hole in the top. The original part also had this hole, but was has a plug/cover for the hole. If this part came with a similar plug for ports which are not always used, it would be 5 stars. However, it does state this in the description, so while I can't be too mad, I also wish they would link to a plug. Overall though, I am very happy with this product. Quick delivery, safely packaged, super shiny and fits exactly as intended.
