    INCREDIBLE VALUE

Posted by Chris on 1st Dec 2017

i was amazed at the value for this rebuild kit. bought an old cb175 (1973) from a guy, it had been sitting for years etc etc. carburetors needed to be reset. A typical/thorough cleaning and rebuilding of all parts would likely have gotten the bike back on the road, but with this kit, I had the peace of mind of all new jets, needles, clips, gaskets, springs... awesome! I really like that there is a selection of main and pilot jets included. very user friendly. Also included in the picture, but not listed in the item description, are the O-rings for the Manifold/Engine junction and the Carb/Manifold junction. In my experience, the "top gasket" (black circle with 2 circle cutouts and) for the throttle slide did not fit. the throttle slide was too large to fit through the cutout. instead of trying to modify, i just re-used my old gasket. it was plenty serviceable.
