Yes, some of us just start cleaning, soaking and scrubbing all the parts and replace individual parts such as the piston, seal and bleeder valve but if you want your caliper looking and working like new and you want to save a lot of time, get the complete caliper. Honda OEM Part Number: 45100-390-405 Installation Note: If there is any black paint over-spray inside the caliper it should be removed with brake fluid or an equivalent solvent prior to installing. Some steel wool will clean it up easily.
