Genuine Honda band (clamp) for many of the DOHC Honda's from '79-'83. This is used on the intake manifold (engine side). It's the one closest to the cylinder head not the one closest to the carburetors.
Sold individually. It does not come with the bolt. Comes just like it is in the photo.
