Genuine Honda black fuel line. Sold as a 5' foot length. This is the stock size fuel line that was used on many of the 60's-80's Honda twins and singles and fours including the CB160, CB175, CB350K, CB/CL450K, CB550 and CB750. If you don't want to get fuel line that's a little too big or too small, this size is just right for the stock petcocks on many of the 60's, 70's and 80's Honda's.

The Right Stuff
It's very possible to run safe lines from petcock to carbs, and for tank crossover, with widely available 1/4" inside diameter fuel-and-oil rated hose with 1/2" clips. But I'd absolutely recommend this 5.5mm hose for the lines from petcock to carbs. Two feet was enough for me with straight-style inline filters. You might order three or more, so you can screw up like I did without waiting for more. The most important benefit is that this hose is thinner than the 1/2" outside diameter fuel hose, and gives enough clearance between the two petcock fittings for clips, both wire and collar styles. Its flexibility also makes it marginally more convenient to slip inline filters in and out. Aesthetically, I think it looks more in proportion on the bike. Finally, if you're seeking Zen in your motorcycle maintenance, you'll appreciate how much better the 5.5mm mates with the barb fittings on the Keihin petcocks and carbs. This is the hose those components have in mind. I'd probably still recommend beefy 1/4" I/D reinforced fuel hose for tank cross-over lines, since the metal-reinforced 1/4 hose is less flexible, but beefier, than this Honda 5.5mm. I'd also recommend traditional screw-type hose clamps or stepless ear clamps (like Oetiker or MotionPro), rather than clips there. Especially with a quick release, crossover lines tend to get flexed around a bit as they hit the frame when the tank goes on and off. The 1/4" hose doesn't look right, proportionally, but you won't see it under the tank.

This stuff is great for replacing your old fuel lines or rerouting. It's a great fit and really flexible and easy to work with. I just never seem to order enough. I love that you can buy it by the foot. I'll probably get 5 feet the next time I order, just because I can...!
