Genuine Honda rear wheel bearing retainer. You need a special tool to remove the bearing retainer. If you're replacing the bearings in the rear wheel and the retainer was damaged, here's a new one! This bearing retainer is typically used on the left (sprocket) side of the rear wheel, however on some models such as the CB750 it was used on the right side.
