Genuine Honda starter clutch spring. What good is an electric start if the starter clutch is worn out? Luckily Honda gave these bikes kick starters to fall back on. If you hit your electric start button and just hear spinning sounds but nothing seems to catch, it's most likely, that the starter clutch needs to be rebuilt. Pick up some new springs, caps, rollers and a flywheel puller to get the job done!
3 are necessary to rebuild the starter clutch. We also have the cap that goes on top of the spring.

Direct replacement for Honda 175
I hadn't realized just how compressed my old springs had become until I compared them to these new ones. HUGE difference - my Honda 175 now starts up no problem, without the whining and scraping from before.
