Genuine Honda tail light setting bolt. This bolt was used to hold the tail light bracket to the rear fender. We also carry the grommet and washer which fit this bolt. The CB450, CB550 and CB750 used 4 of these and the CB175 used 3. Check your model to see how many you need.
