Genuine Honda valve tappet adjuster screw. This screw was used on hundreds of Honda's models. If you have been adjusting your valves and the screw heads are rounded or very hard to turn, try replacing them. They're easy to access and quick to replace! There is one screw for each valve.
Make sure to adjust the valve gap properly after installation. We have feeler gauges available.
