Fuel valve / petcock for the Honda CB400F and all other bikes that use 20mm x 1.5mm petcock threading. Has a pre-filter attached to prevent sediment from entering your carburetors. Thread it onto your tank and you're ready to ride! Has ON / OFF / RES positions.

Threading 20mm x 1.5mm

22mm hex nut.

Ribbed fuel outlet perfect size for use with either 3/16" or 1/4" fuel line.

NOTE: Always measure the outer diameter of the male threading on the gas tank prior to purchase. Honda changed the petcock threading size on some models mid year. Some models below such as the CB550 originally had 2 outlets, you will need a fuel connector to split the single fuel line into 2 lines for the carburetors.

Fits Honda:

CB400F Super Sport - 1975-1976
CB500T - 1975-1976
CB550F Super Sport - 1975-1976
CB550K - 1975-1976
CB750F Super Sport - 1975-1976
CB750K - 1975-1976

may fit other years, makes and models with matching threads...

I had a trip coming up and my old petcock broke suddenly. Marty from 4 into 1 helped me find the right part and made sure that it shipped immediately. I got the new petcock in 48 hrs and it worked GREAT! Thanks a million!

    Nice all metal part

Original fuel valves have plastic fuel "straws" which tend to break off at inopportune times. When the plastic part breaks it is possible to run the tank dry with the valve still switched to 'ON'. Of course, when this happens and you switch to reserve.... This valve is not identical to the original, but still has a very nice OE appearance. Best of all though? The pickup tube for the main supply is metal. No more surprises!

    Good replacement for a '75 CB400F

I had been searching for a while for a replacement petcock that was cheaper than the OEM ones I found on eBay. The threading is correct, however I couldn't get the petcock to face in the right direction once screwed all the way on. So I added a thicker o-ring in addition to the ones that are included and it sit perfectly without any leaks.
