Motion Pro brass vacuum adapter with cap. 6mm x 1mm threading. These adaptors are great for adding vacuum ports to the CB350/450 and other Honda twins, that way you can balance the carbs with a synchronizer tool. To install them you must drill and tap 2 holes then install these adapters.
