Measure your upper mounting posts before purchasing!
The mounting posts on my '79 CB750L are 16mm, while the largest rubber insert they give you is 14mm! I had to do some fab work to get them to fit. Also, the eyes are much narrower than the stock shocks, I ended up needing a few spacers to get the shocks to stay in the right spot. Kind of a p.i.t.a., but they look great and smooth out the ride so 4/5 stars.

Rides great
Very happy with these shocks. Easy to install and look good on my 81 CB900F. If I ever have to do it again I may buy the chrome/black version. One tip: Go ahead and buy the Honda rubber insert for the top. It didn't look like any of the inserts that came with the shocks would have fit my bike.
