High quality reproduction carburetor rubber diaphragm for Honda's 350 twins. This diaphragm is made from Viton rubber which is the best rubber to use for carburetor parts. Old diaphragms degrade over time and when they tear or begin to fall apart the carbs can't work properly. Don't use any carb cleaner or compressed air on the carbs with the diaphragms installed because the diaphragms can be damaged. CB350K and CL350K have 2 carburetors. Sold individually. So, you'll need 2 of these for one bike.

NOTE: Be sure to line up the rubber tab on the diaphragm so the slide is in it's proper orientation.

Dimensions:

Outer Dimension - 72mm (2.8")
Inner Dimension - 25.5mm (1")

Replaces diaphragm on Honda Part: 16022-287-004 (vacuum piston set)

Fits Honda:

CB350K Twin - 1968-1973
CB350G Super Sport - 1973
CL350K Scrambler - 1968-1973

    Life Saver

Finally made it cost effective to get my old bike up and running again. Went looking for diaphragms several years ago and all I could find was NOS factory Honda slide assemblies that cost more than the bike was worth. They are a little tricky to install but I've done them on a few different bikes now and once you get the hang of it they're not bad. Lots of soapy water and patience getting the old diaphragms out in one piece makes the job a lot easier. I use a butter knife to "roll" the new diaphragm into the groove in the slide.

    Best Diaphrams I've found.

I've had diaphrams from other distributors that tear easily and were a pain to fit. These were great. Perfect fit for a 69 CB350. The material was tougher and the lip was thicker but still flat so it fit cleanly. Other manufacturers use a rolled lip that makes it torture to install.
