Reproduction Honda Throttle / starter / kill switch assembly for several Honda CB's. It's common for the starter button's on these bikes to wear out due to arcing or they break for various reasons. This is an easy part to replace if your wires aren't running through the handlebars, if they are, it requires removing the handlebars and feeding the wires through. Electric start sure is nice when it's reliable!

If you are running aftermarket handlebars check to make sure the 36" wire harness is long enough.

This switch assembly will fit on many of the Honda CB's, check your wiring harness and make sure the connectors will work or you can replace the bullet connectors with connectors that match your harness.

NOTE: This switch is not exactly like the original switch produced in the 70's. If you're doing a concourse restoration, do not purchase this switch. Wires can be routed inside or outside the handlebars due to a redesigned lower case. It does not have a locator pin like the original switch, but it will still clamp down to the bars and stay in place. Even the new Genuine Honda switch is designed this way.

  • Wire harness is 36" long (3ft)
  • 4 Male Bullet connectors - yellow/red line, 2 black, black/red line
  • 1 Female Bullet connector - black/white line.

Replaces Honda Part Number: 35130-377-P00

    Good reproduction, double check

Posted by Michael Seglem on 13th Jul 2018

I purchased this switch for my 1974 Honda CB550. As the fitment states in the product description this is for a 1975 or newer. If you look closely at the picture (which I did not) you will see there is no switch for the headlight. So long story short, this switch works well but it does not have an on off for the headlight. Double check with your current switch and it will work well for you. I purchased the other switch on 4into1 that had an on/off for the headlight and it works great.

    Perfect Replacement Switch

Posted by Perry Edwards on 25th May 2018

Had to replace the throttle assembly switch on a 1975 CB750K5 because someone installed a switch from an earlier model. The earlier model type switch was wired differently causing all kinds of electrical issues. When I installed this new replacement switch, all of the electrical issues were going. The switch works as good as it looks, PERFECT!

    Good Switch

Nice! Worked fine and looks great. Had a bit of trouble figuring out the wiring... doesn't conform to OEM. Remember one wire is ground and you'll be fine.
