Set of 4 Black Performance Oval Pod Filters - 54mm - Honda CB650/750/900/1000/1100

Tapered oval performance pod filter in black. Fits many late 70's and early 80's Honda's as well as other models, see dimensions below. Sold as a set of 4. This filter is also available in chrome.

Features

• Flexible rubber molded flange instead of the 2 piece design like many pod filters.
• Flange design has no step so it does not block important openings on the carburetor intake.
• Tighter, more streamline fit without any risk of vibration causing the air filter to move independently while attached to the carburetors.

Keep in mind, for the bike to run smoothly, you may need to install larger jets and make other adjustments to match the higher air flow. The rubber mounts are flexible and can be mounted on 53mm and 55mm carburetor flanges.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to measure your carburetor prior to purchase. Also measure how much room you have between the carburetor and the frame or any side covers. Use the dimensions below to see if these will work on your bike. Just because the filters fit the carbs doesn't mean they'll fit in the bike without some obstruction. Some carburetors have very tight spacing which will not allow for a 73mm wide pod filter to fit side by side.

Fitment note: Honda changed from mechanical to CV carburetors on the CB650. CV carburetors have a tight spacing that may not work with these pods, see measurements above.
