Ultimate carburetor rebuild kit for the Honda CB/CL200. This is the most complete kit available for the 200cc twins! This kit has a shaped float bowl gasket made of high quality Viton rubber so it will not swell after coming in contact with fuel. Viton is the best rubber available for carburetor rebuild kits.

Over time the stock brass floats can develop a pin hole and start taking on gas, this will significantly affect the performance of the carburetor. If you're having trouble getting your carburetors tuned, try removing the float and shaking it and you might hear fuel moving around inside the float, or you can dip it in a cup of liquid and see if any air bubbles come out.

Includes 2 floats with pins, and 2 carburetor rebuild kits. Made in Taiwan.

Each Carburetor Kit Includes:

Float bowl gasket
Top cover gasket
D22 slide needle and e-clip
1.7 float needle, seat & metal washer
Spring seat
#88 main jet - CB200 carb model 008A
#95 main jet - CL200 carb model 027B
#38 slow jet - CB200 carb model 008A
#35 slow jet - CL200 carb model 027B
Air screw and spring
Throttle slide screw and spring
O-rings

Fits Honda:

Good parts but not all parts are included, so it doesn't allow you to do a complete tuneup

    Fuel bowl gasket

Slightly undersized or maybe shrunk. Couldn’t get to seal on one side. Used the old one and it took care of problem.

    Amateur Carb Rebuild

Posted by Jess on 15th Oct 2020

Managed to replace nearly every part in my 1976 CB200T, still had a couple brass pieces leftover in the end, but who knows where those go. Never could get the carb body gasket to work without gas leaks, so I eventually took it out and put back the original and it sealed perfectly. I wonder if it's a slightly different thickness or if the gunk on the old one was just sealing it up better. Who knows, this is only the 2nd carb I've ever rebuilt. Runs fine, no issues.
