Ultimate carburetor repair or rebuild kit for the Honda CB500K four cylinder model. This kit comes with a shaped float bowl gasket made of high quality Viton rubber so it will not swell after coming in contact with fuel. It also comes with the emulsifier tube which is usually stuck in place after a bike has been sitting for a long time. The best way to tap it out is to remove the top cover and the slide, then use a punch to gently push it out.

poor quality
I am disappointed with the quality of the product. After a couple of weeks, o-rings in one of the fuel lines leaked and had to be replaced. Three of the four float needle valves leaked and had to be replaced ( and yes, float height was adjusted properly, they continued to leak even holding the floats up manually). I do not recommend this product, spend a little more for better quality parts.

O rings swelling poor quality
Had constant leaking from one carb bad o ring went to replace the bowl after being removed and now the gasket won't fit.! It has swollen up so I cant get it back in place. Not Happy Had same problem with CB350F kit what's up!!
