CLOSEOUT ITEM - RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED

Classic universal round black tail light with removable license plate bracket. This is a really simple brat / bobber / cafe racer style tail light assembly. Clean, simple look. All metal housing and brackets. Includes dual filament bulb inside. Three wires with male bullet terminals.

Need a replacement bulb? You can find the 1157 dual filament mini bulb here.

Please Note: The license plate bracket and holes are for some other country's license plate. Luckily you can easily unbolt the license plate bracket from the light and modify it or replace it.

Lens Housing Depth = 2 3/4"
Wire length = 17"
License Bracket Width = 5.8"
License Plate Bracket Holes = 4 3/4" (measured center to center)
Mounting Plate Dimensions = 1 1/2" x 2 1/2"

    Feels quality, light output poor

Posted by Frank Whitham on 31st May 2022

Same as the other reviews. The way the yellow wire is mounted is really poor and will break off. I have hot glued it. Also the actual light output isn't great and the difference between running light and braking light isn't enough. The actual construction feels good though. I'm going to investigate a higher powered led bulb

Looks good. But does not work that well

Seems I have a similar issue as to the other reviews. Brake light is either disconnected or loose as the brake light is incredibly dim to non existent. Maybe an easy fix. It is worth noting that the license place mount will not fit a USA, WA motorcycle license plate. The bracket is too short.

    Same as in another comment

Looks nice, housing and light itself seems good quality. But the yellow(brake) cable fell of the bulb mounter. You can fix it by removing the bolts, pulling out the rubber and the bulb itself. Then at the bottom of the bulb mountig is a copper where the yellow cable is supposed to be glued. Put it on back there somehow and it works again.

    Nice light, crappy wires.

Light installed easily, worked great for 2 rides before the brake light wire came un soldered from the light. Easy fix, but frustrating that the wire and solder were so weak.
