Ignition tune up kit for the Honda CT90 and the others listed. Built to meet or exceed OEM specifications. "Point bounce" or "float" is reduced with these points due to stiffer springs than most aftermarket points. Condenser has an upgraded tin plated triple female bullet connector for excellent corrosion resistance.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This kit is for Nippondenso ignitions. It is NOT for Hitachi or Kokusan ignitions. Please check which type you have before ordering. Honda used different ignition systems on some of the same years of bikes.

I've had mixed experience with these points. I put a set on my sl175 and it worked well without having to monkey with the mounting/adjustment holes. But on my ct90 the holes are not an exact enough match to allow you to set the point gap correctly. You have to widen the opening with a small rattail file. So I will keep them for a backup, but it's not a simple bolt on.

Very good quality for the price.
Running this tune up set on a 1973 Trail 90 that is has performance cam, valve springs, porting and carb work. The points do not bounce no matter how high the revs. Recommended.
