Regulator rectifier for the Suzuki GSX-R and a few other models. Battery not charging? Might be time to replace your rectifier regulator. Unlike many other units, this is designed to work with lead acid based, gel and lithium batteries. The battery must be fully charged and in perfect working order before installing a new regulator rectifier.
This unit has a very consistent output and runs cooler than the original part due to the modern heat sink. The stable voltage output across the RPM range keeps the battery charged so you can ride with confidence!
All units are tested prior to shipping for quality assurance. Includes industry-leading 1 year warranty.
Note: SV650's had two types of regulator rectifiers, if your harness has the 2 plug type, then remove those plugs and use spade terminals to wire it directly into this new unit.
Specifications:
Dimensions: 87mm length x 108mm width x 38mm height
Mounting bolt spacing: 75mm - 87mm (Measured center to center)
Replaces Suzuki Part Numbers: 32800-44D11, 32800-33E21
Note: Corroded / loose / damaged wiring is a common cause for charging system issues, make sure all connections are clean and secure. If the stock connector is brittle or melted and the terminals are corroded, it's best to replace them before installing the new part. This unit might not mount where the stock part was, check dimensions above.
Note: It is strongly recommended to isolate the charging issue prior to replacing the regulator / rectifier. With a bad battery, stator or wiring issues, a new RR will not charge the battery. A faulty stator or wiring can cause damage to the RR.
