    doesn't fit CB175 K6

Posted by JOSEPH LABATE on 24th May 2021

Seems like a decent petcock, but it doesn't fit my 1972 CB175 fuel tank. The fuel exit valve that goes to the side hits the crossover valve on the tank. It's also a bit smaller than the OEM petcock, and the switch doesn't clear the tank. The filter inside the bowl is plastic, not like the original, so I don't know how you'd get a replacement. Maybe it fits other bikes, but not this one.
