Aftermarket exhaust? High flow air filters? Looking for more power? You're gonna need to up-jet. Or maybe you're just cleaning the carbs and need some new stock size jets? We have the entire range available from #35 - #45. Keihin slow / pilot / idle jet. Pick your size from the dropdown menu above. These are aftermarket jets made in Taiwan, they are quality reproductions. We also have Keyster brand slow jets from Japan available.

Make sure to look up the stock size in your owners manual and start there. Honda changed the carbs on the 550 and the 750 in '77 so make sure you have the older threaded style pilot jet.

Good product, make sure chambers are clean!

Posted by IamSegs on 7th Jun 2018

I bought 4 of these to finish off the restore on my 74' CB550k after re-jetting for pod filters. They look almost the same as the old ones and they fit the screw holes just like the original. However, (most likely due to haste), I must not have had the very bottom of the chamber in the carb clean enough as the first one I screwed down, snapped off inside the chamber. I barely screwed it down and it snapped. After drilling out, de-burring and also saying some very bad things about its mother, I installed an original one...it also snapped off. Needless to say, I was disturbed for many minutes after. I ended up cleaning and re-using the originals as I was worried the other three would snap off. I am sure the product would perform well but since I did not install them, I can't verify that. But I believe the fit is good overall and now I have three backups for the next restore.

    works great

in the constant battle of carb tuning these are a great economic alternative to jets that cost $20 a piece. Fit perfect work great just make sure you replace jets in groups at a time.

    #38 jet for cb500-4

Posted by Ric Eddy on 26th Jul 2016

These worked great with my Pods and new exhaust, then I changed muffler 1 week later, and had to change to #42. No problem at all though. Worked fine and will keep for another project or friend.

    Just what I needed

Just what I needed to get my '76 Honda all dialed in. Perfect fit and I was able to get my bike dialed in with the carb pods and 4into1 exhaust.
