Aftermarket exhaust? High flow air filters? Looking for more power? You're gonna need to up-jet. Or maybe you're just cleaning the carbs and need some new stock size jets? We have the entire range available from #35 - #45. Keihin slow / pilot / idle jet. Pick your size from the dropdown menu above. These are aftermarket jets made in Taiwan, they are quality reproductions. We also have Keyster brand slow jets from Japan available.

Make sure to look up the stock size in your owners manual and start there. Honda changed the carbs on the 550 and the 750 in '77 so make sure you have the older threaded style pilot jet.

The quality and dimensions of these idle jets are as good as oem. No issues at all. And the low price leaves me free to experiment with different sizes.

    Quality item and perfect fit

These appear to be very good quality idle jets. I bought size 45 to experiment with as I had changed both the exhaust (pretty much open; with 8" baffles) and air intake (velocity stacks) on a CB550. They fit perfectly with no issues. It turned out they were a little too big in bore size for my particular application, but this should not be interpreted to mean that there is anything wrong with the jets. I'm just sharing my experience in the hope it might help. BTW, if you are going to a larger size idle jet, do not forget to open your air screws accordingly.

Get the KEIHIN brand jets! The numbers are actually consistent so you don't go crazy!
