Set of 4 deluxe carburetor repair kits for the Honda CB400F. This is a complete set for one motorcycle. Includes 4 rebuild kits.

Kits include shaped float bowl gasket made from Viton so they won't swell when in contact with gasoline. Also includes the emulsion tube and o-rings for the connector tube between the carburetor bodies.

Each Kit Includes:

One of the four needle float valves in the kit did not stop the float bowl from flooding no matter how many times I checked the position and adjustment of the float. In the end I re-used one of the original needle valves and it stopped flooding. Also note that the height of the reproduction needle valve is higher than the original needle valve. So, you have to adjust the specification of the float height correspondingly.

Everything you need in one kit. Recommend the shaped bowl seals.

Good gaskets

I didn't use any of the jets just the gaskets and o-rings. When I compared the jets, visually, to the factory jets I just couldn't bring myself to use them. They might work OK but my old jets are in good shape so they got cleaned up and reused. The formed bowl gasket is great, the top gaskets works and the o-rings were the correct size.
