Carburetor repair or rebuild kits for Honda CB550K from 1974-1976. This kit comes with a shaped float bowl gasket made of high quality Viton rubber so it will not swell after coming in contact with fuel. It also comes with the emulsifier tube which is usually stuck in place after a bike has been sitting for a long time. The best way to tap it out is to remove the top cover and the slide, then use a punch to gently push it out.

Sold as a set of 4. We also carry floats for the CB550 here.

NOTE: You will need to adjust your float height to match the lower float needle valves that come in these kits.

    Great product. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 is no diagram for proper oring placement. 4into1 is good to work with as well.

    Everything fit perfectly except I didn’t use the jets since I needed bigger ones. Would be nice if I could’ve picked the jet sizes on these kits. Instead you have to buy them separately and keep the ones in this kit as extras or something.

    All the parts fit and worked well. Bike starts with just a tickle of a kick now, idles and accelerates smoothly.

    New to the bike scene so I bought a bike That was running rough that needed the carbs cleaned. Bought the kit Replaced the carbs and She ran like new again. Been a month now and have no issues.
