Carburetor repair or rebuild kit for the Honda CB550F Super Sport. This kit comes with a shaped float bowl gasket made of high quality Viton rubber so it will not swell after coming in contact with fuel. It also comes with the emulsifier tube which is usually stuck in place after a bike has been sitting for a long time. The best way to tap it out is to remove the top cover and the slide, then use a punch to gently push it out.
Sold as a set of 4
NOTE: You will need to adjust your float height to match the lower float needle valve that come in this kit. The stock carburetor model number was 069A for the CB550F. This kit is not for the CB550K which had a different slide needle and main jet size.

Shaped Float bowl gasket
Top Cover Gasket
Float Needle Valve & Seat

Great product, good quality, fitted with no problems, just remember to set your float heights to 22mm, as the floats valves are different as specified on the item description, bike runs like new after full carburetor kit fitted thank you.

Incorrect Float Needle Valves & Seats
Not entirely happy with the quality of this rebuild kit, but the main issue was with the Float Needle Valve & Seat. To begin with, the Seat did not fit at all. I didn't bother to put my calipers on them to measure, but there was no way they were going in. I resorted to using the existing Seats which were fortunately in good shape. Secondly, upon examination, the Needle Valves are vastly different lengths. As I was using the existing Seats already, I used the existing Needle Valves also. I didn't want to risk them not sealing. I do see in the description the following; NOTE: You will need to adjust your float height to match the lower float needle valve that come in this kit. Okay. To what height should the floats be set then? It's your kit, how about giving some direction? I used the existing Needle & Seat so it was not an issue, but I'm assuming others will end up with overflow issues. Lastly, but not of real concern, was the number of o-rings. What do I need so many o-rings for? 28 in total, not counting those already on the Main Jet and the Needle Seat. I get there's 8 for the T-Connectors and 4 for the Float Bowl Drain Screws, but what are the other 16 for? Perhaps you could leave us some clues.

Perfect
Working on my CB550F '77. The kit is compleet (with lots of o-rings), all you need for a full rebuild. Standard main and slow jet, so plan to buy directly additional jets if you are thinking of using pods filters!

work perfectly
I used this kit to replace factory jets in my 77 550f this worked perfectly. The only differences i found was the needle jet had a different number than stock and looked slightly shorter but that could have been my eyes. The other was the float needle seat was slightly taller than OEM not sure if it will cause any issues i just adjusted my floats accordingly back down to 22mm. I saw great results from this kit by a reliable YouTuber, i had no leaking and it fired right up so ill be ready in the spring!
