Set of two dual output high performance Manga coils with spark plug caps and 6 feet of wire. These will work with stock point ignitions and aftermarket electronic ignitions. The Honda SOHC fours came stock with coils that have non removable wires, so these coils work great as a modern replacement. We also sell a version of this kit with an electronic ignition.

Specifications:

  • Primary Resistance = 5 ohms
  • Secondary Resistance = 17,500 ohms
  • Mounting Holes = 90mm or 102mm (measured center to center)
  • Mounting Posts = 13mm Width x 12mm Height
  • Includes Hardware, wiring and boots shown in the photo.

Note: Wires can be mounted on either terminal (no polarity + or - )

Note: Some KZ1000 models with an electronic ignition have a ballast resistor which must be removed. Do research before ordering. A 3 ohm version may be better.

    Bit of fiddling and adjustment required to the original support bracket to get them installed. But worth the effort. Gives a good strong spark and much cheaper than the dyna coils.

    CB750 Dyna Coils

    I was having trouble with intermittent misfiring due to poor condition plug wires that kept pulling out of the plug caps but had been snipped a few too many times over the years. I installed this kit in around an hour including making the plug wires. There are enough materials provided to make all 4 wires over again in the future. After the swap the bike started on the first kick and runs better than ever!

    Had a poor performing cb750 , these coils were the last try to get it running good. Did not have a lot of hope but after fitting them bike runs great again, not sure if it was the caps , leads or coils but who cares. Shipped to New Zealand in 5 days, thanks.
